1. Get In Touch
Simply get in touch via phone, text or email and our friendly booking team will arrange a convenient time for you to bring in your vehicle and leave it with us.
2. Diagnostics
Our expert mechanics will check over your vehicle for the issues you pointed out aswell as providing a general health check on the main components of the vehicle, We will then share a video with you explaining the issue and contact you to provide you a quote to fix it.
3. Repair
Our team after you approve will conduct repairs using only genuine manufacturer parts on the vehicle to ensure a long lasting repair. We will then conduct testing to ensure the repair is completely perfect before contacting you to arrange collection.
4. Collection
It's finally collection day our team will have contacted you prior to arrange a time for you to pop down. Upon collection our team will show you around the vehicle and point out key things we noticed whilst conducting a health check.
5. After Care Service
Our contact centre team will check up with you a short while after the repair to make sure everything is perfect! alongside this DMS may contact you when things such as you MOT/Service are due taking away one less things to remember when it comes to vehicle ownership! Happy Motoring!
